How to ask for a repair

Sign in, choose your home, open a ticket.

01

Describe it

Say what is wrong, when it started and whether it is getting worse.

02

Add a photo

One clear photo helps. You can add comments afterward.

03

Set the urgency

Low, normal, high or emergency. Be honest about it.

04

Follow the status

Open, scheduled, in progress, resolved.

Emergencies

If something is dangerous

If anyone is in danger, call 911 (or the gas or utility emergency line) first. Then call (307) 401-8664 and open a ticket marked emergency.

A ticket marked emergency does not page anyone on its own. See Maintenance and Emergencies.

Fix It Yourself

Simple jobs, and when to stop

Our DIY Fixes page covers small jobs a resident can usually do. It also lists what you should never touch. If you are unsure, open a ticket instead.

Rent

How rent is paid

Follow the payment instructions in your lease. The portal does not take rent payments. If anything is unclear, ask us at [email protected] before you send money.
