Owner Protections and Communication

What we promise, how to reach us, and what to do in an emergency.

What We Promise

Plain commitments we can keep

We would rather promise less and do it than promise more.

We answer

We reply to calls, emails, messages and tickets as soon as we can, in the order received. We do not publish a response time.

We put it in writing

Tickets, comments, messages and documents live in your portal, so there is a record of what was asked and what was done.

We route messages through us

Owners and residents do not message each other directly. We relay what needs to be passed on.

We are honest about licensing

Silvercrest Management does not hold a real estate or property management license in any state. See our Licensing by State page for how we approach each state.

We do not give legal advice

Have an attorney of your choice review any agreement before you sign it.

We explain fees before you sign

Fees depend on the property and the agreement. Your agent and our team explain them before you sign anything.

Reaching Us

How to contact us

Use whichever is easiest, and add a written note for anything important.

Phone
(307) 401-8664

A short menu, then our team line rings. If nobody answers you can leave a voicemail. Send an email or open a ticket too.

Email
[email protected]

Include the property address.

Portal
Owner login

Open a ticket, send a message or read your documents.

Reporting

What you will see about your property

We do not promise a fixed reporting schedule on this site.

Statements, notices and other documents appear in your portal under Documents when our team adds them. Tickets show their status as they move. We are adding a property updates timeline and notifications, and we will say when they are live.

If you are waiting on something, ask us. Write to the address above and tell us which property and which document.

Emergencies

The emergency process

Exactly what to do, in order.

  1. Get safe. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first, or the gas or utility emergency line for a gas smell or a utility problem.
  2. Call us. Then call (307) 401-8664.
  3. Open a ticket. Mark it emergency, so there is a written record. A ticket marked emergency does not page anyone on its own.

We do not promise a response time or a repair visit time. See Maintenance and Emergencies.

Money and Insurance

What this site does not say

Some things you should hear from us directly, in writing.

Fees. Fees depend on the property and the agreement. We explain them before you sign anything.

Insurance. Ask us to confirm insurance details for your property. We do not make general statements about insurance on this site.

Guarantees. We do not guarantee rent, income or outcomes. Anything we agree to is in a written agreement you have reviewed.
