We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or UK data protection authority. If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in the "How Can You Contact Us About This Notice?" section below. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Opting out of marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails we send, replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to SMS messages we send, or by contacting us. We may still send you service-related messages necessary for the administration and use of your account.

Account information: If you would like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account, or contact us using the contact information provided. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, though we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

Yes. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Under the CCPA, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data, the right to be informed about the personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights, and the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. Silvercrest Capital LLC has not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months and will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.

Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), Virginia residents acting in an individual or household context have the right to be informed whether we are processing their personal data, to access their personal data, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, to obtain a copy of personal data previously shared with us, and to opt out of processing used for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling.
