Silvercrest Management does not hold a real estate or property management license in any state.
Many states require a real estate license to manage rental property for other people for a fee. Where that is the rule, we can serve the state only through a designated broker licensed there. We are arranging that broker coverage. Until it is in place for a state, we do not take over management of a property in that state.
We do not describe ourselves, or the people who work with us, as licensed, because that would not be true.

Our current reading is that third-party property management does not require a real estate license in these six states. We have not had that reading confirmed by counsel, so we confirm it for the specific property before we take it over.
