How repair requests work, and what to do first in an emergency.
Do this before anything else.
If anyone is in danger, call 911 (or the gas or utility emergency line) first. Then call (307) 401-8664 and open a ticket marked emergency.
A ticket marked emergency does not page anyone on its own, so the phone call matters. We do not promise a response time or a repair visit time.
Residents and owners both open tickets in the portal.
You choose a property, a category (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, structural, pest, landscaping or other) and an urgency (low, normal, high or emergency). Add a title, a description and one photo.
Our team reviews it and sets the next step. The status changes in the portal.
Work has started. Add comments if something changes.
The request is closed. If the problem comes back, open a new ticket and mention the old one.
We would rather tell you than let you wait.
A ticket gives everyone a written record and a status you can follow. It does not text or email our team instantly yet, and the emergency flag does not page anyone. For anything urgent, call us as well and say you have opened a ticket.
We reply as soon as we can. We do not publish repair times, because they depend on the problem, the property and who is available.
A clear request is easier to act on.
One clear photo of the problem.
What is wrong, when it started and whether it is getting worse.
Be honest. Marking everything urgent makes real emergencies harder to spot.
